By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:You are at least 18 years old.You have the authority to act on behalf of the business entity you claim to represent (the "Company").You have permission to create invoices on behalf of the Company and to bind the Company to any payment obligations related to the invoices generated through our Service.Important: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided on behalf of the Company, including the validity of the Company’s details and your authorization to generate invoices.

2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:Provide true, current, and complete information as prompted by the Service.Update your information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.Only use the Service for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Immediately notify us if there is any unauthorized use of your account.Notice: You assume full responsibility for all invoices created through your account, including but not limited to the authenticity, accuracy, and compliance of such invoices with applicable laws.

3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for:Any inaccuracies in the invoices generated through the Service.Any legal, financial, or regulatory implications associated with the invoices you create.Any third-party claims related to your use of the Service on behalf of the Company.To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you or the Company will be limited to the fees, if any, paid for using the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cheque, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:Your use of the
Service.Any inaccuracies or misrepresentations made by you on behalf of the Company.Any breach of these Terms.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to the Terms
